The Sidamo coffee grows in the so called Coffee Gardens, lands where coffee can ripen slowly, under the shade of high bushes.
Its light body, sharp but fine acidity, the aftertaste with flowery notes make a very refined coffee cup, perfect for espresso but also for other preparations.
