Preparation:
Prepare the coffee.
Place ice in the glass.
First, pour 20 ml of Rose syrup into the glass, then add a 20 cl bottle of good quality tonic water. Complete with 35 ml of moka coffee or 25 ml of intense ristretto espresso. Garnish with orange zest.
