Coffee
Citrus-infused Gin (or an orange-based liqueur)
Brown sugar
Orange zest
Preparation:
Prepare the coffee. Pour 20 ml of citrus-infused Gin into the glass and add half a tablespoon of brown sugar.
Pour 35 ml of moka coffee or 25 ml of still-warm intense ristretto espresso into the glass and stir to release all the aromas.
Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
