Ingredients:
Coffee
Dark rum
Lime juice
Brown sugar
Water
Cinnamon
Preparation:
Prepare the coffee.
In a saucepan, pour 400 ml of water and 40 grams of brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Remove the saucepan from heat and add 40 ml of dark rum, 40 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice, and finally, 35 ml of moka coffee or 25 ml of intense ristretto espresso. Stir everything together. Pour into a cup, garnishing with a slice of lime and a cinnamon stick.
